Richard D. Neal

Consulting Forester, Clum-Daisher Forestry

Richard Neal began working as a Consulting Forester with Clum-Daisher Forestry in 2022. Most recently he spent 9 years in the Wayne County Auditor's Office in their GIS and appraisal departments. During this time he was highly involved in the CAUV program not only for Wayne County, but worked with other counties on their CAUV programs as well.

Ricky started his love of forestry at a young age while working on a Christmas tree farm as a part of his Future Farmers of America (FFA) supervised agricultural experience in high school. This position continued in college and beyond, where he gained experience in both Consulting Forestry and CAUV management plans.

Ricky, his wife Gwen, and 2 children reside on several acres in Wayne County. He enjoys spending time with his family, camping, mushroom hunting, going to tractor pulls, farm work, and being outside as much as possible.
